Good to see so many people use their cars properly! Unfortunately I was too late to get myself a track slot, then 10 people cancelled this morning and I'd no helmet with me. Next time!

Speedster on track was just something else 🤤

That one isn't a genuine RS but an SC, but real interesting story with it. Sold grande new in Belfast in 1980 then went to England. Lovely lovely bit of kit, love the fact he'd just put brand new Chinese Hi Fly tyres on it 😂

Kirkistown today mate, Porsche Club Ireland organised. Porsche club NI doesn't seem to be doing much at all with Covid, while these lads are still doing big runs out and trackdays!

Good to meet you earlier

Likewise, sorry I couldn't chat for longer, had to get across the track while I had the chance.

Hi all...met @gav525 at Kirkistown meet today and he gave me a heads up about the forum...

2006 Cayman S owner and looking at aftermarket exhausts. Just wondering if anyone on the forum has gone down this route. The Carnewal mod seems popular but just checking all options first...it's hard to get to hear stuff over here.

Looks brilliant. Just what I wanted before I realised you can’t get a set of golf clubs in it lol

looks like a fantastic day! I even messaged them asking for a space on Friday night! They said fully booked! Otherwise I would’ve been there... beautiful weather for the track.
PCI is good craic as I heard from many owners so I am joining them next year😎

I'm also going to join the Irish Club next year too as they seem more driver focused.

It was a great day yesterday - at one stage there was a GT3, GT4, GT3 RS, and Speedster on track at the same time and they were driving them hard too. Felt like I was watching an episode of Top Gear.

The lads met at Sprucefield at 8am and drove in convoy to Kirkistown.

that’s excellent organisation! Well worth the fee. There were 5 events organised by them since July and all involves owners between Dublin and Belfast.

looks like a good fun day!

Holy f***ing speedster Batman

Spotted 2 of the southern cars yesterday the silver 996 and the black GT3! Was thinking there was something I missed.

There was a tasty 928 there as well with side exit exhaust.

I don't know why this wasn't notified on the R27 PCGB club, i.e. for any spectators wantingg to come as Kirk has decent infield area so can keep your distance easily.. I only found out by chance early last week from a Southern member.

@AndyOz welcome. I have a Tubi exhaust on my Cayman, it is very very loud lol

Hi Pete,

I just noticed your profile pic. Pretty sure I saw you car at Mcmillans a few months back. Pole Positions in her?

That's the other mod I'm looking at - are yours standard width and how easy was the fitting, airbag etc.

Just checking out Tubi stuff now ...

Yea it was in having an LSD fitted.

Mine are the standard pole positions, I'm 6ft4 and find them very comfortable. I just ran relays to bypass the airbag light.

They fit very well though the seat belt receiver has to be run through the harness holes to fit but they don't dig in etc
