That's the Iris blue Touring in the factory collection - see the TG video. Reminds a bit of BMW San Marino blue, but it's always hard to tell in artificial light. There was a speedster flipped in the US in the same colour.

Taken through the glass so sorry about the reflections, nothing I could do.

Not sure if it's just me but I can definitely see design cues from the this front coming into the nose of the 996.1. Especially the curvature of the nose as you stand and look down at it.

To be fair, the look of 996 requires a certain taste...but once you know more about the car and design, you know it is a grower.

Have to say the 996 has grown on me and dad getting one has definitely bolstered that train of thought. I do think they need the Aerokit though to look their best
