I was in today myself, Taycan was nice but doesn’t do much for me. Strange with no rear exhausts!

I was there at 9am, then back around 12 to collect again, but it was near 1 by the time I got out. This silver 992 was lovely!
Anybody here used McMillan Porsche for a service.
Left my car with him last Tuesday for the first time.
Spoke with him on Thursday and car not ready.
Haven't heard a thing since.
The longer he has it the more worried I am of the bill.
I will call him again tomorrow.

They are well understaffed atm so things are a bit slower than normal. My car has been there since Jan waiting on parts lol
They really go through a car though, first class service. Couldn't reccomend them enough
I was there for 10.00, left the car and went a walk to Titanic and back about 11.30.
there is a recall on the Macan’s for a cover needed on the fuel pipe so was getting that sorted. However when you walk in the door new cars hit you everywhere and strong desires lol. Having said that my GTS is 3.5 years old and not even hit 10000 miles yet so it’s not done yet but maybe a good second hand buy for someone if I do change. Something like the Taycan is way out of reach financially, love the 992 but again expensive and too small for my needs until the kids get older and move out. The facelift Macan would likely be my choice but really very little difference from mine. Do kinda fancy a car again rather than SUV but not totally sold on the Panamera looks whereas I do think the Taycan looks great. Whether I could love the electric power train I don’t know.
second option is Alan mcgookin at AMG cars ballyclare, if it’s not for you after this. Alan has maintained my dads 911 for 15+ years
Haven't heard of them, but that's not to say they aren't. Anyways, the 2 well known decent ones are 30mins up the motorway when you get a good run,that is not a brave distance
Plus come resale time people would prefer to see stamps from one of the 2 best known specialists in NI.
Went to MSL twice with the Merc and will go to Hartech and Centre Gravity with the 911. I like a wee day out
