There used to be a Land Rover specialist in Ards possibly called Ian 🤷‍♂️. He used to work on mine.
Industrial estate on the Old Belfast road.
There used to be the 4x4 store in ards, might have been him.
there is also a place McCarrolls on the Saintfield Road from lisburn to carryduff. Never heard anything about them though
McCarrolls serviced a mates 90 recently and he seemed a decent guy and wasnt too hard paid, they also did all the work on my l322 for the previous owner including a gearbox flush and all seemed to go well

There's an endless list of specialists here mostly ex blrc employees, Jordan (jr's garage) in Greyabbey has done some work for me and is a decent lad and again not too hard paid. Also have have Jamisons who I've been told are very gd.

We used Jordan with a RRS, knew what he was at and not hard paid, but can be hard to get a hold of.

Yeah was the same when I used him but would hope its calmed down a bit now as think he had a mental couple of years going from a few jobs in the shed at his house to a new shop, employees etc.

Love that. Both the wife and I would love one but still way out of budget 😭

When do you get your new one?

@saxo_man That looks great. What are the rear seats like for comfort? They look flat, but I am sure they are well packed. I bet you cannot wait for the new one. Is it much different inside to that model?

The rear +2 seats are ok, only had the kids in them a couple of times and no complaints. The new one is the same model, just MY22 to MY23 changes, so interior is very similar. This time I have pan roof and the interactive digital dash but a smaller middle screen. I also have wireless charging pad and wireless CarPlay, and a fridge in the centre console, heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel

No word on mine yet Si, soon will be time for another email query to them but the answer is always the same.

Also like Richard’s 90, was slightly tempted to go 90 as my kids aren’t always out with us but reckon will stick with the 110 for now for a bit more practicality. I also like the green but the better half isn’t keen and she will likely drive it most.

Do also like Silicon but sticking with Eiger for now.

There is a lovely 90 V8 in donnellys - a cool 117k. They may take an offer....... the satin grey is class.

They might not take my offer 😂
V8 would be class but the fuel bills would sting a bit.
I asked to see heat typical MPG is - seems 20/21 that is around town/A road, etc, a general mix. Not much worse than the Macan (which is going next week).

Suppose if heavy right foot, could be a lot worse....

yeah, better to have - kids and grannys! pain the arse charging for air suspension and also slight increase. Could have been a lot worse I suppose.
I ordered mine last august so it was a MY22 that was then price protected to a MY23. This meant equivalent to 3% discount and all the spec such as air suspension, matrix lights and so on was standard. You’ll be on a MY23.5 which unfortunately saw those more significant changes to the configurator but still these are epic cars.
