Im impressed witht he work and care that the previous owner put into the car

but to me it just looks like a cheap UK watered down version of Opel Manta (n)

I think the seller knows he wont get many offers for it hence the bargain selling price

I used to work on my granny's Chevette evey wkd - it had copper paintwork

such an easy car to maintain - but like the early Cav, not the prettiest looking car

She had a Mk2 Escort Mexico before that in signal orange - I loved that car :worried:

On a similar note, anyone know who owns this now?

Seen it about Bangor a few times.

Something strangely appealing about that - probably drives like an aul dose though.

hit the nail on the head, a bit of a cross between a Chevette and the first carton, small boat and a big one, and changeing gear is like stairing soup.

That's not bad, apart from the tacky smoked rear lights and it looks like someone transplated a fabia VRS talpipe on to the exhaust

the paintwork on the boot looks a bit off - or maybe it's just the angle at which the photo was taken

It wouldn't have the best paint job in the world, just I'd seen it about Bangor lately and was wondering who owned it.(y)
