I'd be so up for this if it was next year. Fancy getting a comfortable long distance bike to go alongside the cafe racer.

The top two on the list are a Triumph tiger 1050 and a KTM 1090 Adventure.

How did you get on with this bike?

loved this bike but wanted a little more power so ended up buying a 1200 multistrada . I haven't looked back.

So its a good bike but I'd probably also be better with a Mulistrada? I imagine like for like they are only around £1000-£1500 extra.

Not particularly bothered about outright power as I don't plan on it being my only bike. But I can imagine having an extra 30-40hp would be nice to play with when touring.

I'll probably look at both when it comes time to purchase one, as well as the KTM. I'd probably go with the one that feels best through the corners rather than one thats best on the straights.
