****ty PSA 1.6 HDI injector tightening

Is there a reason that my torqued to spec injectors keep coming loose? I’d say they work themselves noticeably loose every 6months.

Any suggestions on keeping them suckers in place?

Thread lock? Or just glue the ****s in.

I've notice this after a couple of cars I've done injector seals on although once tightened for a second time they seem fine. Been meaning to look up and see of the mounting plates or nuts / studs are single use and meant to be replaced?

Are they angle tighten /torque to yield? If so the studs are single use
