Without trying to search the forum are there any pics of what the dressings look like on the tyres. I'm in need of a new bottle of something

Perl.
No flicking and easy on
Quite a Matt finish , tho can do a second wipe on for a more glossy look- still no flicking

Great news
With cleanse you can get away with not slicking the tyres is you're happy with them being matt.

Cleanse has been very good for me (see below), even at 50/50. I'm currently using Infinity Wax Incinerate for wheels/tyres and it's very good to and is dilutable at 10:1.

I'm using Infinity Wax Tyre Candy on the CRV and Garage TherapyTyre Serum on the Golf.

Just a very quick crap example of cleanse on wheels, here's a set of alloys which were pure minging between dirt and brake dust. I gave them a good dose of cleanse, let it dwell for a few minutes and just rinsed then off with the hose, barely with enough power to damage delicate plants (as I was trying not to soak myself lol).

You can see the dirt still on the bottom half of the alloy there and where I've rinsed above. No agitation or anything, just sprayed on and rinsed off lightly. I could see the brown running off the tyres and the alloy. So you can imagine how they'd come up with a good power wash and scrub.

Used it at the weekend. Because i had the car minted i didnt want to wet/splash everywhere so actually just brushed it on, left it for a few minutes and then wiped off.

That was the neat solution, no dilution and it did the trick

Nothing else needed on a daily. Now personally I use a dish scrubbing pad to apply it, I use the soft side to spread it but I apply a misting to tyre and then spray onto pad, wipe, let dry and do same again.

Usually 2 costs and car sitting for 2 hours and it's on for weeks, and I do mean weeks as I do about 200 a week in the van. Picture below was after a 900 mile trip to England and back for a raining rover show, and I never even cleaned it there. Lol.

Now I do use the Autoglym tyre gel when I'm doing brakes / big mot wash etc. But that's it. But I'd let them sit and soak over night, it's not a product that gives quick results and isn't overly practical for me.
