VHT Wrinkle Paint - Newry Area

I'm currently restoring my engine cover but I cant seem to find any red wrinkle paint without paying big shipping costs.
I have also looked at powder coating but I cant find anyone close to Newry.
Do you know where I can find some wrinkle paint or a powder coating place in the Newry area?

Marron Alloys near Newtownhamilton does powder coating if you can't find any wrinkle paint if that was your first preference
