Wanted - E46 (i think)

Im in the market for a new car and think i want an e46, preferably a 320d or 318i and in touring guise. But anything considered.

Around 1500 give or take, and less than 150k miles would be nice.

Or any other cars similar

I've my father's 320d Touring, 05 auto in black, coming up for MOT shortly and then it will be for sale at exactly that budget. Mileage is higher than 150 though.
