Have a few benches available and thought I would offer them up here 1st.

Flat bench x2 £50
Adjustable Incline bench £75
Fixed upright shoulder press seat £60

The flat bench and the shoulder press are all in good condition. The incline bench could do with a tidy up, but works as it should. Very strong benches as they have all been WELL tested over the years.

I’ve a few bit of equipment/bench’s to clear. Ideal for a shed/garage setup. Also have a free standing heavy duty double sided mirror with plate holders attached.

Cheers Fred wishi had the room as that’s a cracker but will prob get the one on Amazon, tight for space and it’s basically means I can do few chest flies without moving the flat bench as it’s a bollocks
