Glengormley is a bloody nightmare for traffic..
I can cycle from Sandyknowes to Belevue Bridge quicker than any car at most times of the day

This person, didn’t see if male or female, literally stopped in the road where the bus lane starts before Horratio Todd’s and indicated to go into middle lane, WTF!?

Then further down the road to the crossroads before Stormont, this other person doesn’t know lane discipline and goes through the red light straight on when people are wanting to turn right. Idiots.

This one both annoyed me, and made me laugh - caught behind a static caravan lorry (with escort) and driver is understandably taking the middle of the road (weak verges etc) so no opportunity to pass. Dumbass behind me decides to try and overtake both of us, and subsequently has to force me to brake to allow him in when he realised mid overtake that there isn’t any room to get past. He then proceeds to continually pop out and make attempts to overtake, when it was virtually impossible given the road layout and lorry position. So we proceed along until the lorry turns off and we continue on our journeys at the same speed, and I get ahead at the first set of lights we come too. Moral victory.

Last year I was behind a lorry going from Feeny to cookstown, it was class watching him was use every inch of the road and I didn’t even need to pass him because he was going fast enough

I was amazed at the speed he could carry round the corners it was a pretty twisty road. I did end up passing him when the road opened up but on the twisties I had no need to pass

Wasn't me I swear

One evening prob about 10 years back or so, i was coming home can't recall from where now ffs but spent a good 30 mins behind an artic hammering along at 56 maybe slightly over, not once did I feel the need to overtake and I just sat back in awe at the way he handled the thing. Could've been a tanker iirc which I imagine to be one of the trickier loads to pull.

Get to a clear straight, indicate out and go to pass it and it starts accelerating hard just as I'm level with it, clearly not wanting me to pass. My son was in the car, and he even passed comment that the Nissan started accelerating.
Why oh why do people do that???

Same thing happened me one day when I was driving a near 50year old car. Guy pulled out in front of me and sat at 35/40, then planked it once Ihe saw that I'd started to overtake, I got round him and went on up the road. I pulled in for petrol and he came in to next pump, old guy and smirked saying something along the lines of "nice car just thought I'd see what it could do"
Driving an old car on motorway I used to get that a fair bit, or else you'd overtake someone doing 55 and then they'd pass you shortly after (as they didn't like an old car going round them) and then gradually slow back down to 55 again .........
