The white wheels look great on that car.
They are growing on me tbh
Had a loud noise come into the rear brakes when reversing slowing and braking in parking spots and the like, and handbrake bit iffy at times. Common issue with these is the aluminium calipers corrodes around the rubber bushes for the slides and tightens on them causing them to stick.
So decide today to give the whole brakes a once over, clean and regrease the necessary parts and while at it I give the front calipers a freshen up with paint to look better behind the open white alloys.

Those wheels are a great addition, but a very brave one this time of year lol. Car looks great!
Not today but a bit of suspension work to my A4. X4 suspension arms and a CV boot. Trying to chip away at all these before MOT in January.
Looked at the Golf in disgust at the dirt and crisp/sweet/McDonalds wrappers inside. Lol. We have a wedding to go to on Wednesday so I’ll stick it up for that

Anthracite/titanium is a good call, they do look quite good in white though.

Which would you choose? X5 is great for a wafty lazy drive! 330 is more of an involved drive, same engine in both but for the size of it, the x5 can shift on when you want it too! MPG wise 3 series is 40 and x5 is 31, I don’t think that’s too bad!

I dream of having a “2nd gear” drive, your drive (and house) is an absolute dream. It is also better than most of the B roads around my house. Anyway, enough dreaming for me, whats next after the X5?
