Well last night changed my h7s for leds great job pain in the hole to fit into the bmw.

Didn't help I was lazy and refused to take the wheels off.

Some proper hooning about in the lovely counties of Fermanagh and Donegal with Lotus buddies this weekend. Weather was a bit unkind to us but we made up for it. Very much looking forward to exploring these counties more if I get the chance in future as there are some fantastic B roads and twisties.

Finally managed to get the gearbox off the Mini I'm working on at the minute after many hours of work. It was about 2 hours of work this morning just to get the DPF off so that I could get to the final bolt holding it on. Then discovered that the clutch fork had snapped in the middle so there goes another £50...

With the bad wind the past while it blows all the twigs and pines of the day down, mostly onto my car fs. Neighbours have a massive tree that overhangs our fence. Could do with being cut back!

My Cortina became the star of the small screen (or maybe big screen dunno) today for the filming of a documentary about the troubles. The actors couldn't drive it properly so I ended up having to step in and drive it on camera as well.

Unfortunately not they couldn't find the owner. They managed to clear all the other vehicles which was a shame really. I was going to offer to winch it on my trailer but I don't think that would have went down too well in south Armagh

Z4 has started suffering from sticky steering so tried the first fix on that. Drill and tap a grease nipple into the steering column and re lube the column. Big improvement so far
