What does this mean on a GB car's MOT history?

Looking at a Golf Mk7 for sale locally - looks like its fresh in from England.

It's got the following on its MOT history:

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):​

• Offside Front Outer Integral body structure is deformed but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced sill (6.1.1 (i))

Any idea what that refers to?

Means the sill is bent but its strength is not badly reduced. Probably someone has jacked it up on the sill

Dead on... Hopefully just a wee crease. Theres certainly nothing visible on the photos, so it's likely underneath as you say. Makes sense.
