What tool for these trim clips

I have a lot of these clips on my Mitsubishi, including under tray for access to engine and filter.
You can see the clip and the type of tool I'm using but it doesn't work on these clips without breaking them. Is there a proper tool for these, rather than having to replace them all the time?

I have these on the Suzuki. I get a wee fine flat headed screwdriver and pop it into the slots on the side and turn it to lever the centre pin up. The whole lot pulls out then.

The Clio has a load of these too. Same as Coog says, wee flat head does the job.

Yep, flathead to raise the centre pin. The Evo was full of them too.
