Who was it gone done for coming out of carpark wrong way?

I saw a post a while back where somebody got fined and points for coming out a car park the wrong way? who was it,coz it turns out that????????


50.08.268 Breach of Traffic Sign (Red Sign) 3 50.08.269 Breach of Traffic Sign (Blue Sign) 0

These are the only legal points in NI for traffic sighns and im sure a car park one is Blue??????????????????????
