Wife got a speeding fine, license still has old name on it

And typically she now has 10 days until the 28 day period is up.

What's the deal here, fire off the license with an explanation and photocopy of marriage cert?

Form is usually to tell them who was speeding ?

She could fill it in for them to forward it on to Mrs C and let them send it out again lol

She's already filled out the first bit and sent it back, this is the one where you have to send the license away

Return it with photocopy of marriage certificate.

If it's unacceptable they'll write out to you again.
