I never use copper slip or anything on facing surfaces or threads on wheels. The torque ratings are give for dry threads.

I would try it without any of that.

The wheel bolts/nuts are there to provide clamping force to the faces of the wheel/hub.

Are the bolt holes in the spacer too big perhaps?

Been told copper grease makes them loosen, mechanic I worked with seen it on a 207 and a Corolla

I had a D-Turbo that used to loosen the front wheels way back in the day. I think it was the copper grease that was the issue too
