Complete shower of *******s....once cancellation has notified there is no going back. so Formal Complaint lodged and also asked for full release of all data for the trips done. is takes up to 5 days before they will discuss it!
asked them to define good acceleration - "Its defined by how much pressure is placed on the accelerator pedal" asked for an example....how many seconds is defined as good acceleration in accelerating from 0-30mph? "sorry we do not know its defined by accelerator pressure" complete keek!!!
they dont even have access to the data themselves only the score at this exact moment, so cant even look at historical data. COMPLETE CON AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
