Pricing is all over the place for them, I don’t think I would pay an extra 10k for one with about 30 odd k less.

Ah this is the one I mentioned before but couldn’t find an ad. Always wondered what the deal was with the cars sitting behind the fencing in that retail park as he doesn’t seem to have any advertising.

The plan with the next one is to hold on to it for a few years. Too much hassle selling and then going to look at absolute buckets. So taking my time with this one.
