Put together by several RMS members, the idea of an NI Hospice run was put together, in tribute and memory of the recent passing of a long standing RMS member’s wife after her battle with cancer.  NI Hospice are invaluable to many families in this awful situation in providing amazing palliative care, and with car enthusiasts being the  supportive community they are felt that a charity run was a great way to raise funds for the hospice and show our support.

We all met in a very wet and windy B&Q car park at Holywood Exchange before making our way in convoy to Oxford Island.  There was a collection, with tombola and some great prizes donated by the motor trade, and more importantly we hope a healthy donation to the Hospice.  We don’t have the totals at time of writing so please check the forum.

Car of the day went to Jimmy Hyles in his stunning orange Lotus Evora 430.

Andy is the founding member of RMS, and when he's not following motoring events around the UK and Ireland he can be found on the track (sideways, having competed in top level drifting for a decade), or of course he'll be on the forum.
