2011 audi led number plate lights

ok, I bought led number plate lights, they work but im getting a warning light on the dash. I assume this is because audi only want standard bulb and cant work with LED's, is there a work around? or do I need to buy audi compatilbles?

You need a different type of bulb that doesn't show up as a fault.

Go on Audi-sport.net and looks for user t8ups he sells the best bulbs for audi and isn't that dear.

I have a full lighting kit from him and its a great job.

What car is it ? You can fit genuine led units. Have had them now for 4+ years with no issues.

2011 a4 3.0v6 tdi ..ill see if I can get on audi sport, not on those forums so rather just buy from a shop or online..audi sell genuine online? probably a fortune.
