That will end well. Bravado is all well and good, but he's simply going to end up with no tints anyway, and a £60 fine or worse on top. After that comes the sore arse. Tell your pal to stop being a knob jockey, being a 'rebel' is just idiotic over something as petty as removing tints.

The wonderful cop didnt give him any points, and was very generous giving him time to remove the ****y looking things obscuring his vision of the road making it dangerous to drive.

So he should be thankful, even if the cop was probably talking out of their arse about the points etc

Have had front tints on every daily car that i've owned, never had a problem.
Lights tints on the front, nothing stupid looking and have the window already rolled down if you see that your coming up to a checkpoint and you'll be fine
