So started treating rust. Sanding it down then hitting it with rust protection gonna start the welding and cutting very soon. Time to get stuck in also the hole is were a bracket should be for the bumper. Has broken off got another bracket to weld on in way better conidtion

So started stripping the car down yesterday. Getting it ready and also starting some welding, car is full stripped out some welding parts replaced and new metal put in. Still alot to do but getting there. Someone also done some diy short cut fixs on the rear floor silicone and a bit of led over the top of holes lol! But anyway some pictures. Big updates and movement on progress finally happening.

Newest purchase Honda concerto 1.6i one owner from new 62k full service history. Will be cleaning it up moting it and using as a daily.few pics for use.

So me and my dad got abit more done to the car today! One patch all welded everything rust treated and then sprayed Also helps rust, starting to come together now.. some pictures

Coming together nicely ..after never owning a Honda ive now two at the door accord diesel for daily and a 96 ek9 sir with 15,000 miles must get pics on ..really seeing the appeal of them atm

Rare car all the same now days. Need to get it back on the road. Was on phone to a boy down beside Belfast docks was on about getting a vti from England for me, then he was saying there was a SiR he had and put a body kit on it and regretted it

Okay so finally car is getting to it's final stages now won't be long and it'll be ready for paint! Cut the bad sill out today. Still a couple of bits to be cut out due to tack welds etc, arch cut out then just the other arch to get cut out then to weld all the new metal in. So here is some pictures for you's

So getting stuck in now. Every bit of rot on left side is now cut out. Some of the inner arch needed replacing and of course the donor car came in handy for that. Getting there now. Hopefully welding will be sorted and finished in 2 weeks or so. Some pictures for you's

So new panels starting to get welded in. Nice to see good metal finally going in lol! Also got my fat fives back some pictures.
