bought a 306 a few weeks ago, and only just had a look at the V5 the dvlni sent to me, they havn't written my name, they've written the first line of my address and my surname, so the registered owner of my 306 is:
"Gormley's of Craigbane Gormley"
...wtf? a shambles of a company, what can i do about this? will explaining this over the phone prove too difficult for them to understand?
