LCI Trackday, Kirkistown, Friday 19 September

In case anyone is interested, LCI (Lotus Club Ireland) is coming up to Kirkistown again on Friday, 19 September.

Priced at €170:-, any make of car is welcome.

This is as much a social day as a trackday. The lads from down south usually stay up in Belfast, and the price of the day includes a full breakfast at the track in the morning, as well as a massive steak dinner for lunch.

Full open pitlane all day, and driving standards as good as any you will find anywhere.

Would love to be able to make this but have to work . On a side note I didn't know about that forum so thanks for the post, more Lotus nutters for me to chat with along with those on SELOC.

They are a good bunch over there on Backroads (previously known as Octane), a good solid Lotus following. Not terribly active these days, but occasionally somebody organises little excursions like this Kirkistown day, or a day at Anglesey, or just a roadtrip somewhere.

Also worth checking out the section "The Paddock". Various Mondello trackdays and race events are announced there, including the legendary OTD events (Octane Track Days).
