Mobile mechanics recommendation Bangor

I’ve had pads part company with caliper on the rear of my VW. Cannot get piston to retract and car parked at the side of the road - luckily in a residential area. My fault - grinding noise for a few days and all the bits bought, just too wet to get it done in drive.

Any recommendations in the Bangor area.
I’ve tried to retract with Carista and it’s not doing it. May have popped out the piston completely. I do have a rewind tool - but again too far out to sort.
