They say time flies when your having fun, but for this restoration on this 1984 Land Rover 110 times flies when your covered in rust, oil, grease and your own tears of regret. I did share the start of this project on RMS but with as with everything life gets in the way.
Photos speak 1000 words but in brief the jeep is all stripped down, chassis blasted, repaired, galvanised and painted. The bulkhead has had major welding and is nearly finished. The engine, gearbox and axles have also received a full restoration. Lots more work to do but hopefully I will feel the wind in my receding hairline this summer.
