What’s the latest way to notify DVLA when you’ve sold a car to ROI?

The section for permanent export for 12+ months reads as if it’s if you’re exporting it yourself.

What does the new owner need to register in the South? He seems to want the V5 off me, but I don’t see that being correct.

Bumping this up cause I sold the rover to a guy at the start of January deal done no problem.

But he’s back asking if I could help him get a Certificate of Conformity to confirm the Nox figure for the vrt guys.

I’ve said use the v5 cause its on there but he says they wont accept it.

Obviously theres no rover dealers up here now so anyone any ideas if he’s wrong on his end on the v5 or anywhere you can get a coc for the likes of a rover?
