greenlight were working out a fair bit more this year sadly so im looking at Octagon, a company called motorquote came up well but their charges within the policy were ridiculous, £90 cancellation fee, £175 to make changes to the policy etc

I'm in home insurance dept unfortunately but tbh unless you're an IAM member or family/spouse of one or an LGV/PCV driver or a teacher we can't do you any favours. There's special schemes set up for all of those groups which allow discount and price matching etc and all the policies are pretty comprehensive. But if you're just a member of the public phoning in for example the rates are pretty keek.
