Noooo keeping it standard and doing a full restoration on it. Future classic.Need to lose the nose cone. It's as ugly as sin
I had a go on 1 of these that was converted to a trike. Was a nice, smooth pulling thing.
Where'd you find this 1?
the water cooled R version had the belly pans ,they were related to the 900rDid these have the belly pan on them. Would you sell?
Thats the planOhh, how'd I miss this.
I love the GPz's, I had the A2 900, real liable comfortable big mile munchers. The cam chain tensioner was an issue on the 900's and freezing carbs.
HTR lad, a good clean one of those could be a nice wee pension in a year or three.
Rebuild it,get her fired up!@fabiostar
So today project 3 / parts bike 2 arrived from Cornwall, (crap sale picture).
I have bought a set of carbs for this as it is `supposed` to have a strong engine and I have all the parts to rebuild it if needed.

Always like trying to get something going that's been lying awhileIts not as nice in the metal but I will give it a go when I get the carbs.
There great starter projects b a joy to work onI will try with the parts I have and if I get it running will add it to the restoration list.
Spent all summer accumulating spare parts for the builds.
