:scream:
After reading a topic further down the page about 325i sports being hard to sell I came across this on another forum.
Have to admit it is indeed a collectors item if genuine, but it doesnt even have leather.

Yep Stevie Wheels off the site was the original owner who brought that car home from England a few years back. I can tell u then it was more than 15k was forked out for it.

no point in buying a car to not drive it though IMO

Like buying a nice TV and not watching it

Waste of a car IMO. Its nice to see a car in original condition and well looked after but I'd rather see it driven. You could buy a clean Sport, turbo it and sort the suspension and brakes and still have change out of £15k. I know what I'd rather do!

And I pointed this out the last time this car was posted up... look at the last three digits of the reg, all it needs is an E. "HELP!! Someone drive me and get me sideways!"

Tbh I cant see it selling, if whoever bought it and stored it in the first place could afford to do so, why the hell did they not do it with an M3??

IMO only a knob would pay 15k for that or someone with far too much money

I think this one was up for sale on here last year for around 12k, or at least it was one very similar!!!

If it's the same one, I saw it at Warringstown, lovely car, but it's not worth that money to most people, however it only takes one person to want it badly enough!!!

It's a mint car, I've looked round it a few times. In my personal opinion though - any 'rarity' amongst collectors car is usually worth no more than double the standard prices. I'd put it around 8k or 9k, I'm sure it's worth that to a collector. As the guys have stated above, you're getting into mint e30 M3-Evo3 money at that.

I dont even need to look to see that no 325i is worth 15k. Thats near E46 M3 money. I know which Id buy.

but then Im not a filthy rich car collector and my 15k would have to count!

only good thing is that the car park diff crews cant afford to buy it! as always_sideways says its a collectors car. Dont think its worth that money either but whatever it goes for it'll be more than the guys destroying them can afford.

I took a friend of mine to view this car when the wheels had it an after about 30 seconds of making his mind up he bought it. He kept the car for about to years then sold it to its current owner.you will not find a cleaner or better 1991 325 than this. IT IS STONE MINT AND DONT THINK ITS EVER BEEN DROVE IN THE WET.
AND HE DIDNT PAY 15000 FOR IT;)

Where else are u going to find something like this ever again? The new alpina cost £2500 alone!! Its maybe priced a little high compared with others but trust me that car is the best 325 sport anywhere, guaranteed:grinning: :grinning: totally mint everywhere.

325i sport

mk2 rs2000 escorts r worth 10k now with loadsa miles,

a vts saxo wit low miles is worth 4k up,

a low milage cossie escort is still 16k plus,

rs500 cossies r worth 10k plus

and very very high miles 325i sports r worth 3k or 4k plus

so why not an original, mint low miles 325i sport not worth 15k?????????????
