Have lusted after long hood SWB Porsches for longer than I can remember and finally got one . For Anyone not familiar with 912s they were the stepping stone between the old 356 and 911 . They are 911 body and everything identical except they have the old 356 4 cylinder Aircooled engine so they were cheaper to buy than the 6 cyl 911 at the time . For me it was exactly what I wanted , It had to be red to match the others and had to be the 912 as the perfect bridge between my Aircooled Vws and 964 . Flew over to Gatwick and drove it home via wales and Snowdonia etc . Am absolutely in love with this car and just plan to drive the wheels off it and not just tuck it away . It’s a 1967 912 SWB in Polo red . LHD Californian car and zero rust. It is just a perfect drivers car as it’s tidy but not concours .

Such a cool car! Actually fits in really well with the others, looks right at home!

Im sure I know someone round your way that knows a little about making air cooled 4 cylinders faster😂

As usual, the jealousy grows stronger old friend. I must get up some time for a catch up.
