Looking sweet after all that work.
What look do you like with the paint? Minimal orange peel to keep it looking more original or flattened right back?
Went for an original finish with some orange peel. On the home straight now, should be finished in a couple of weeks.
Left the seats into Arek this morning, and wheels to Cobra Customs just after.

Perfect job on the wheels, over the moon with the result.
Only criticism is they did the centre caps and they’ve lost a lot of the detail of the Porsche logo, so I’m going to get them redone and hopefully they’ll be OK.

Sure you can break out the Airfix model paint and colour them in.... 
A mate and myself went to pick up a Rover 623 auto in the depths of Linconshire one night. When we were ogling over the spoils of Ebay war the next day, found that the slightly odd bloke my mate had bought it off had 'upgraded' all the wheel centre badges by colouring them in with model paint, even did the one on the steering wheel. They all looked like they had been done by a 3 year old, it was so sh1t, it was class!

I dont have much love for those Cookie Cutter wheels myself. I know they are 'correct' for the car, but Id 100% put Teledials on it, if it were mine, which its not.
Dunno, once it’s all put together I think we’ll all take simultaneous erections.

Wish I had of tried a 944 when they were stupidly cheap
The retro porsche fabrics and wheels are fantastic.
There was no such thing as cheap 944’s, there was either ones that needed money spent on them or ones that already had money spent on them
