Hey Ross. Order no 7356. Sorry to post here but can you look in to this for me? There was originally a mistake on the order where the wrong size bottle was shipped. You'd rang me when I'd contacted you via the site chat (amazing customer service as usual) and you were going to ship out the right size, but it never arrived? I'd messaged again on the chat thing last week, but never got a response. Just sent another message tonight, but as I was on RMS too, I thought I'd add this just incase there's something weird going on with my use of the chat facility. Any chance of a refund of the difference in price between the two sizes and I'll re-order it again next time? I'll be in need of another bottle of Hybrid soon so could maybe order it again then. Ta

Hello mate. 5lt sizes just arrived today so I’ll get it sent out Monday and like I said please use the 1lt size which ieas sent by mistake at no charge.@Big Pimp

My stubby-gun (think it’s MTM but Similar to the Anachem one and most of the others tbf) has a slow leak out the tip of the nozzle when not using it - think this is the cause of my Karcher then pulsing to keep up.
Anyne had similar and know how to fix it?
