Yes, just mix the snowfoam to the ratio the label says.

I have a 1L lance bottle, I put roughly 100ml of ultrafoam into it and top up with water. Can adjust the concentration but never have any issues.

Nope just out of the tap, I have heard before warm water makes a difference but I have never tried it, as I have never had any issues with the tap water.
