Most mechanics don't do many engine builds?

I wouldn't let just any mechanic near a custom built high compression engine that isn't even available in this form from the factory. Also there is the fact it is smoothed off detailed engine bay and needs extra care taken when working around it.

Honda has not been a daily for a few a few years now, its a dry weather only car. I have a boring mazda 3 for that

Is this the old school civic that was at the dealership in Bushmills at the rms coastal run. Epic wee car and I can certainly see why you'd be fussy about who you'd let work on it

Thanks. Thats the one, had her for something like years now. Rarely need anyone to work on her but some things I consider beyond what I should be doing, especially on an expensive engine. The only person other than myself who has worked on it for the last 10 years would have been Jonny.

What is Bradley like with Hondas?

I wouldn’t know to be honest with you.

The Honda is the concern now, If I had any issues with the RB I'd probably try and get it to Bradley.

Does anyone here know anything about Type Two?
I took my crx there. Came back sayin I needed a rebuild. Was zero smoke when I left it there and smoked like a ******* on return. Said it needed a rebuild which fair enough at 160k it maybe did. Bit instead of telling me what all was wrong, he offered me 250 quid for it from a "mate".

OMA is no stranger to hondas if you dont mind the wait to get booked in, maybe not so much of an issue if its not a daily bus anyway?

Not a problem anymore as I won't be insuring it this year now by the look of it, just needs fixed before next year.

Is there not a Honda man in Galway I think @Delboy23 uses?
Great for mapping, but far to go for anything else.

I think that Jonny has hung up his tools several months ago

Think he does the odd thing now. But it needs to be booked in well in advance.

Probably best to contact him via the AI FB page. The number I have is his personal one which he doesn't use for work etc.

@svensktoppen maybe you know a work number for him or the latest info on things.

As far as I have found out he doesn't do anything car related now and changed his number so he won't be contacted by old customers. Pretty sure he deleted the FB page also.

You be way better off contacting Lee Lipton.
Pretty much exclusively Evos?
