Alpine Ina-n333r Dvd Gps Satnav Headunit,

I have just bought one of these on ebay, the buyer says it works 100% but he has lost the navigation disc for it, anyone have a copy or know where to get one? also what price?

also, does anyone have one of these? are they a good headunit?

based on this price i think i got a bargain, with or without the nav disc!

paid nearly £200 including delivery,

those discs are not for the model

Give alpine a ring and see if they can send you one out!? and im sure if they as for the unit number etc. you have it sitting infront of you

you do realise a new disc will set you back around £120-200???

afaik the ina-333r was discontinued about 2 years ago. CD mech error was a common fault on them. Could be picked up new from halfords!!! as clearance units for around the £200 mark a year of so ago.

lol yep, it a good unit but i want one that will play dvds, this is only dvd roms, got the nav disc for it now

if you want a nav wait and get a harddrive based system. if you want a dvd player.. buy a dvd player.

most aftermarket navi systems are designed to run with screen that will often already have a dvd drive or a changer etc, so they are only needed to play dvdrom discs witht he navi info.

very few people still ake systems like the 333. becker did it a while back. and the discs etc are often a complete fortune!! and IMO nav on that size of screen is a waste of time

dvd nav is dead in the water, harddrives are already available which are faster and more reliable.
