Audi Digital Dash Unlocking

My daughter has a Mk3 TT with a basic digital dash.

I was wondering if there was anywhere local, other than Audi, that could unlock/activate sat nav, and carplay?

If it can be done through OBD11 and you have a "how too" off youtube or something, can use mine

not a job for VCDS - requires new firmware and software patches to be installed

Thanks for the replies, and offer @Boydie ,but I believe it is a 'specialist' job.

There seem to be a good few places offer it on the mainland, so was hoping someone over here had the capability
