what do you use to bond on splitters and skirts etc.?

Sikaflex-type of gripfill/silcone substance for cars. Also use self tappers.

then smooth with fibreglass/isopon.

its the front ibiza splitter i need to bond on. Look at the last pic here:

You can see light getting through between the splitter and bumper, so i want to use a black coloured bonder. Is "sikaflex" black?

yes it is black, only thing is if u ever want to remove the splitter it will be a nightmare , personally i would just use self tappers, sikaflex is messey although it is reliable

tigerseal for me - kerbs and speed bumps handle the splitter removal

cut the sections outta that splitter mate so there is gaps !

personnally id leave it off dude as i dont think it suits the car. The front is well lower than the sides-looks wrong imo!!

Agree , looks too low at the front compared to the rest.

Thats what im thinking. its not on the car at the minute because it canny handle the speedbumps in the holylands.
