Are there any differences between these and the more expensive versions?

anybody had any trouble or disadvantages with tuning boxes?

Without being cheeky, try a search, that should bring up a result.

Tryed that before posting and got no real answers,

this is for a non pd model as well.

On a non pd tuning box all the box is a resistor..nothing more..makes no odds what make

Its similar enough with the PD boxes too veedubboy.

RMS CRX, to be short and sweet, I wouldnt touch a tuning box. They only increase the fuelling and dont adjust any other settings accordingly.... And they send EGR values all over the place.

My advice would be to get a remap and go from there. http://www.revotechnik.com/ are a company that seem to have a solid rep and have "suppliers" over here.

I would be a great believer if I do something to do it properly...

Also try OBD auto tune-seem to know their stuff with maps!!
