I'd guess that sign-on and scrutineering will begin around 9am, first runs around 11am?

EDIT: From the regs:

The programme of the meeting will be:
Scrutineering starts at 08.00 hours Saturday 6th August. Individual times for
scrutineering will be issued in Final Instructions. Any competitor not signed on by 10.00 hrs,
on Saturday may be excluded. Practising starts at 10.30 hours. First car starts at 14.00 hours.

The only good thing about Craigantlet is it's a round of the British hillclimb championship, so all the top single seaters are there.
