F10 535D or F30 330D?

Hi guys


In the market for a new car soon and I am stuck between the above mentioned cars.

The 535 would be around 1-2 years old or I can get a brand new 330D for around the same price or maybe cheaper due to dealer contribution with the deposit. What is your opinion on each car?

Haven't driven the F30 330D but have owned an E46 330D and E92 330D, both were without doubt the best all round cars I had ever owned. Really good performance, comfort and good economy rolled into one package.

F10 all day long. Especially if you can find one in that marvellous blue the M5s come in.

F10... They are a great looking bus now, and won't be as common as the 3 Series...

Tempted towards the 535 myself as I have one in E60 guise at the moment but its just the draw of a brand new motor I need to snap out off as its a downward spiral lol

F10 is due a facelift very soon, so I'd avoid spunking a heap of cash on a new one.

Think they already have facelifted it mate as the brand new ones have different headlights and the SE models are now sporting different bumpers.

F30 in Estoril Blue. Much fresher looking car now and not as bulky as the F30 (which I still love)

Can also get an 'M Performance Pack'

Yes.... I may change my vote if you buy a 330d that looks like that one.

Would either be Estoril blue or white and will have the M sport plus pack. It's a really hard decision to make lol

Just looked up the spec for the 330d and its pretty shocking 254bhp, 0-60 5.4sec, 560nm..............and 57mpg. Just damn.

Was looking into one of these myself for a new business car but the mileage allowance would just cripple me. Impressive figures for a dirty d

Shocking in a good way, will destroy most things on the road and uses the same fuel as like a Kia Rio somehow.

I am beginning to sway towards the 330d to be honest. My 535 has staggering power but I think if I got a 330 and mapped it it would blow the doors of my E60 535d as it would be the lighter machine its just then the F10 535d would even have more power but it comes to the point when will it be used?

The other halfs father got the 330d m sport x drive recently, estoril blue with that performance kit and 20" alloys. Stunning car with power to match.
