Aye 'tis a straight swap. Little more work than what I though TBH.

fogs & indicators swap
vr6 lip
new plates
headlight swap
grille swap
wiper arm spoiler drilled and fitted
badboy drilled and fitted
washers and 'soundproof' mat swapped

all in all, about 2 hours to do the full swap!
