can any one help me with this. was drivin up the hill out of newtownards and my corsa started spitting small flames,started to cut out and the orange management light came on. i have recently fitted a decat pipe and was wondering if this would have anything to do with it. is it ok to drive with the light on cause after leavin the car for five minutes it started and drove ok but was lacking a bit of power:worried: . thanks for any help.(y)

it was 100k i got it changed when i bought the car and had all new gaskets fitted

Spitting flames sounds like timing, or a dropped valve. Might be worth taking the plugs out and having a peep into the cylinders with a torch and see if there's anything wierd in there.
