Going by the 1 million budget and 5 cars only, I'd stick to these but swap the Miura as it's too dear now for a 205 T16.

GT3 Touring for weekends/summer/casual track, probably 991.2 I prefer the looks & size
A Range Rover for family duties, top spec Autobiography with the V8 and in a classy spec like blue/green and small wheels

Then I'd have some other cars as a dream collection
Nissan Skyline R32 GTR fully restored in fast road/track spec, white with white wheels
Honda NSX Type R championship white
Honda Integra DC2 yellow fully restored with all the nicest jap parts
Lexus LFA Nurburgring in Blue
Mazda RX7 FD Spirit R blue nicely modded to 350-400hp
Mazda MX5 ND2 30th Anniversary, with all the nice bits like Ohlins, BBR 220, bigger Rays wheels, suspension work etc
BMW E46 M3 CSL with manual conversion in black
Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadrifoglio GTA in white
Lotus Exige Cup 430 in British Racing Green
