I'm loving this for some strange reason. Looks mint. However some small anomalies:

1. New number plates. A set of metro digits is a must.

2. Front grille looks wrong. Not sure why.

3. New lights at the rear and clear repeaters and indicators would freshen the whole car up.

The Sports were entirely colour coded though (i think). Best keep it original imo

Needs the wing morrors fitted and sport decal added and she will be finished outside.... Sport interiors were the same as standard inside but he's got a set of black recaro seats to fit which will tidy her well up inside.......

Should be at port this easter wknd so keep an eye out...

I like it too, but in a funny sort of way - a lot of the details of the Skoda design don't look well at all in isolation but as a whole it comes together well.(y)

these are supposed to be great craic. do i remember right that a 2l twin cam fiat engine isn't a big job, and the chassis is ripe for more power?

The rust bubbles won't be too far away if he parks it there for any more than about 10 minutes!! :p

It's definitely different, but I'm certainly not a fan, give me Mk1 or Mk2 Escort anyday.

Fair play to him for having the balls to throw money at it, is he going to wear a mask so nobody knows who he is when driving it!?!?!
