dependent on style of music you listen to most? i'm no ice expert but, don't you setup your system, in such a way that bass, treble etc. is delivered wherever you want it? Similar to playing with power in the rev range?Boydie said:would i benefit from it?

you disappoint me boydie, i thought you knew of such matters.
well, like i said, ice isn't my strong point. i'm coming from a budget perspective, where you would aim quality at a certain area ie bass (for listening to mostly 'drum n bass'), rather than spending more for an 'overall' good quality setup.Mark_D said:I'd disagree there, it doesn't matter what type of music you listen to, the person who recorded it wants you to hear it the way they do...live - if your system lacks in an important area, like midbass, then it won't do their music justice. It's somthing you can't appreciate until you've been in a car that has been properly prepared and built for high end audio.
