Motocross imperial to metric tyre sizes

Hi there, having a bit of confusion looking for a new rear tyre for my bike. It's 4.10 x 18, can anyone tell me what the metric equivalent is? Can't find anything conclusive online, cheers!

It's not just about metric or imperial. The metric width are radial tyres and imperial width are crossply tyres.
Similar for old car tyres. (not talking about the metric diameter ones)

Can't see much choice for sale in 4.10 x 18, so I'm looking for the equivalent metric size?

Call hursts sydenham carry loads of bike tyres. Michael should be able to give you a comparison
